## What we do

Anchor Web Dev designs and builds websites for small businesses. Every site is
hand-coded in HTML, CSS and JavaScript rather than assembled from a page
builder such as WordPress, Wix or Squarespace. That is why our sites load
faster on a phone than the ones they replace.

Also works as a white-label development partner for marketing agencies.

Services: website design, website redesign, mobile-first development, technical
SEO setup, Google Business Profile setup, web analytics with conversion
tracking, Stripe payment integration, online booking integration, content
management, and short-form marketing video.

## Pricing

- **Launch** — $900 one-time. One page, everything on a single scroll.
- **Growth** — $1,500 one-time. Five or more pages.
- **Complete** — $2,500 one-time. Ten or more pages, plus service or location
  pages and Google Business Profile setup.
- **Care Plan** — $49 per month, optional. Hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime
  monitoring, two content update rounds a month, ongoing SEO and local
  citations, Google Business Profile management, and a monthly performance
  report. Cancellable with 30 days' notice.

Build fees are half due before work begins and half at launch. Every build
includes two rounds of revisions. The client owns the website, source files,
domain and content outright on final payment, whether or not they take the
care plan.

## Turnaround

Websites are delivered within five business days of content handoff — the date
the client provides logo files, photographs and written copy together with the
deposit.

Based in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Serves Flint, Swartz Creek, Fenton, Clarkston,
Davison, Burton, Holly, Linden, Goodrich, and the wider Genesee County and
Oakland County area. Remote work available across the United States.
