FAQ
What is an anchored website?
An anchored website keeps your content on long, scrolling pages with jump links in the navigation — like the menu on this page. Tapping a link slides straight to that section instead of loading a new page. It is faster on phones and it keeps people moving toward your contact form.
How long does a redesign take?
Your website is launched in five days from content handoff.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo files if you have them, any photos you want used, and a rough sense of what each page should say. If the copy is not written yet, we will draft it from your current site and a short call.
Do I own the finished website?
Yes. You own the files, the domain and the hosting account. Everything is handed over at launch with a walkthrough so nothing is locked behind us.
Do I have to take the care plan?
No. The build is a one-time cost and the site is yours either way. The care plan is $49 a month for hosting, security, monitoring, content updates, ongoing SEO and a monthly report. Add it at launch or later, and cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Every plan includes an editor for changing text, images and prices, and the handoff walkthrough covers it. On Growth and Complete we also handle a round of updates for you each month.
