What is an anchored website?
An anchored website keeps everything on one long scroll, with the menu jumping to each section instead of loading a new page. On a phone that is the difference between waiting and just arriving, and it means visitors pass every reason to contact you on the way down.
How long does a redesign take?
Your website is launched in five business days from content handoff — the day we have your logo, photographs and written copy in hand together with the deposit.
How much does a website cost?
Builds start at $900 one-time for a single-page site, $1,500 for five or more pages and $2,500 for ten or more. The price is fixed and agreed before work begins, with half due up front and half at launch. There is an optional care plan at $49 a month.
Do I own the finished website?
Yes. On final payment you own the website, its source files, the design assets, the domain and all content. The site is standard HTML and will run on any host, whether or not you take the care plan.
Do I have to take the care plan?
No. The build is a one-time cost and the site is yours either way. The care plan is $49 a month for hosting, security, monitoring, content updates, ongoing SEO and a monthly report. Add it at launch or later, and cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. A content editor is available so you can change your own text, images and prices, and the handoff walkthrough covers how to use it.

What makes a hand-coded site different from Wix or Squarespace?
